Boule De Meule (French Dark Sourdough)
This classic, crusty sourdough is made with wholemeal and white flour and has a light open crumb and a tangy aroma. It is made using a levain (sourdough starter) that is over 18 years old. We bake it at high temperature in a stone floor oven to achieve the golden brown crust.
Our Head Baker Cyril says: "Try it with blue cheese or oysters", while Ramek, one of our sourdough specialists, just loves it lathered with unsalted butter - he's a true purist.
The Boule de Meule works wonders with a cheese plate, makes an exquisite sandwich, or is simply perfect for a bread basket. It is at peak condition between 12 and 36 hours after baking.
Available in 500g round, 500g long, 1000g round and 1000g long

Seeded Crackers
Our fresh cracker dough is topped with a healthy and delicious mix of 7 seeds (sesame, fennel, caraway, nigella, gold linseed, brown linseed and poppyseed), sprinkled with sea salt and gently baked to achieve a delicate finish with a satisfying crunch.
Head Pastry Chef Oded suggests trying these savoury morsels with humous, cheeses or ceviche (seafood cured with lemon). Served in a bread basket or alongside a healthy option, the seeded crackers provide a real wow factor that your customers will remember.
Cheese crackers, topped with mature cheddar & parmiggiano reggiano, and cinnamon crackers are also available. These products will keep in top condition for one to two weeks in an airtight container.
