We are currently on the lookout for Senior Pastry Chef join our dedicated Cake Department team here in Hendon, North London.
 
We supply London's top restaurants and venues with the tastiest, freshest, most mouth-watering artisan breads, morning goods, cakes and pastries.

Experience and requirements
 
To Join us as a Senior Pastry Chef you should have at least 4 years experience working as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant or any food production unit.

Great attitude to work and ability to enjoy working as a part of a team are essentials.

Ideally you will have an awareness of the basic principles of food and health and safety.

Experience in management positions is an advantage

Senior Pastry Chef Duties
 
You will need to be capable of physical work, and be happy rising with the lark as shifts demand.

As a Senior member, you will be expected to set an example to our junior pastry chefs .

You will be trained to lead a small production team to the BRC standards.

As you could expect from a Senior Pastry Chef role, your job duties will include mixing, preparing, shaping and finish high quality pastries and cakes.
