Located in Queen's Park at 75 Salusbury Road, at the site of the previous store, Baker & Spice, you can now try GAIL's finest cakes and pastries at our patisseries in Queen's Park, Hampstead, Notting Hill, St John's Wood and Battersea.
GAIL’s bakes delicious bread from around the world, morning goods including all kinds of croissants and danish pastries, cookies, muffins & cakes.
All our products are handmade by highly-skilled bakers, using the finest quality ingredients, and are free from preservatives, artificial colourings and artificial flavourings.
Knowing man cannot live on breads and cakes alone, GAIL’s also makes seasonal salads, fresh soups and tasty sandwiches served with tea and coffee made on a La Morzocco machine.
Some of the breads are seriously slow-dough taking up to 48 hours to craft, ferment, rest and nurture.
Baked products, doughs and ingredients are supplied fresh each day from The Bread Factory, London's finest artisan bakery, with baking and preparation on site at GAIL's Artisan Bakery cafes and patisseries.
