5 years ago we decided we wanted to serve our amazing artisan bread and pastry not only to top restaurants and hotels but also to the public. After many hours, days and months of baking the idea, the GAIL’s concept came to life.

GAIL’s is an innovative and fresh food concept that celebrates bringing the neighbourhood bakery back to the high street in a fun and modern way.

At its core, all of GAIL’s products are made by us from scratch using meticulously sourced and seasonal ingredients. These special products are served in a welcoming and appealing manner.

GAIL's - Serving London with Artisan Bread

Our first GAIL’s Artisan Bakery opened in Hampstead in 2005 on Hampstead High Street. 

A second premises soon followed on Portobello Road in Notting Hill and a third on Circus Road in St John's Wood High Street.

Our fourth bakery opened in Battersea in July 2009.

We are pleased to welcome bakery number five to the GAIL's family, recently opened on Salusbury Road in Queen's Park.

Our Artisan Bread Is Now Available In Waitrose, Harvey Nicks and on Ocado

In addition to our bakery cafés, you can find GAIL’s bread in over 32 branches of Waitrose, in the food court of Harvey Nichol's, and also online through Ocado.
